COFFS COAST COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES ARE SOUGHT AFTER!!!

Commercial and industrial properties on the Coffs Coast are keenly sought after.

The strong demand being shown is in stark contrast to the media's generalised portrayal of the residential slump in Sydney and Melbourne which peaked two years ago.

The levelling out of interest rate forecasts and the potential for rates to drop in the future has caused the pace of these price falls to slow in March.

NSW's strong economy with a record low unemployment of 3.9%, the lowest since monthly records began in February 1978, and the likelihood of lower interest rates has buoyed demand for Coffs Coast commercial and industrial property.
