THE COFFS COAST IS A SOUGHT AFTER INVESTOR HOT SPOT

You might recall last month we listed over $240mil of public investment on the Coffs Coast, in addition to over $150mil of private investment.

The Coffs Coast is an investor hot spot and for good reason as this geographically beautiful, natural growth centre matures into the major city between Newcastle and the Queensland border. 

During the month, we auctioned two investments, one which sold under the hammer whilst the other was passed in after keen bidding before auction.

Six shops at 63-73 Grafton Street sold under the hammer for $1.565mil, showing a net return of 7%.

Federation House at 24 Moonee Street was passed in with the auctioneer not accepting any bids below $10mil. as an offer of $10.25mil (8.9%) was refused by the vendor prior to auction.

The property is now for sale by Private Treaty at an indicative price of $11mil (8.3%) with a deadline of 5th October so stay tuned!

Five interested parties have so far expressed interest.
