RECORD VISITOR NUMBERS & GROWTH ON THE COFFS COAST

The Coffs Coast enjoyed rain free high temperatures and cooling north easterly sea breezes over the Christmas-New Year Festive season, to the delight of record breaking visitor numbers.

More visitors translates to increasing future population growth and a continuation of Coffs Coast's leading growth centre status.

The more travelling by road becomes easier, the more families are doing it. 

They enjoy direct flights from Sydney and Melbourne too.

The Coffs Coast is the most popular New South Wales region for visitors outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area. 

An increasing wave of migration to the Coffs Coast is expected to continue during the coming decade, as more people retire to enjoy our lifestyle and the high standard of our existing infrastructure becomes more widely known.

All levels of government are acutely aware of the anticipated population growth. 

Property developers too are acting now to secure available development sites, which are fast disappearing and becoming more difficult to find.

A redevelopment site which attracted a lot of recent attention was the sale of 359 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour Jetty which sold by Tender earlier this month.

Acting on behalf of Property NSW, our office transacted the property for a price of $3,225,000 to the owners of the adjoining Jetty Village Shopping Centre.

The site consolidation will result in the future development of the regions most prestigious mixed retail/residential medium rise development, offering magnificent harbour, marina, ocean and great dividing range views. 

I'd be happy to put my name down for an apartment 'off the plan' when the existing lease to Property NSW expires.
