ROCK SOLID DEMAND FOR LEASED INVESTMENTS...

Regardless of the asset class, if its leased, we'll find a willing buyer.

Whether it be the 'hot' industrial market, the rapidly improving office market or the slow to catch-up, somewhat oversupplied retail market, if its securely leased, then we have a database of eager investors willing to part with their hard earned.

Many properties are finding willing buyers under 'off market' conditions, with no online or newsprint advertising or onsite signage.

During the last month, we've found portfolios for leased investments in the $250,000 to $2,500,000 price range and equally spread between industrial, office and retail.

Yields have ranged from 6% to 6.5% net.

Investors feel their funds will perform strongly on the Coffs Coast as the RBA maintains interest rates at record lows.

Although there have been some minor out of cycle rises, the banks remain competitive and are eager to maintain market share.

Inflation and wages growth remain low, which are keeping the RBA on hold.

Consumer confidence and retail sales are increasing despite our Prime Minister frequently changing names.

Economic fundamentals remain positive.

The Coffs Coast is a natural growth centre.

People are drawn to the area for its healthy lifestyle and proximity to capital cities.

The Coffs Coast is also becoming one of the most visited regions for tourists in Australia.

Our superb climate, beautiful natural scenery and strong local economy are all positive factors which investors consider when purchasing.
